INCLINED PLATFORM LIFT

An Inclined Platform Lift (IPL) is a lift that provides access via a staircase. It is similar to a VPL except that instead of going vertically up and down, it follows the incline of the staircase. This is for users who are confined to a wheelchair. Incline platform lifts can be installed on straight staircases and staircases that makes turns or curves.

However, the staircase has to meet specific requirements for this lift to be a suitable solution.
